ROTADAVIT |

The Rotadavit provides a
simple portable method of lifting a load vertically,
when used in conjunction with a chain block, ratchet
lever hoist or winch and can be easily assembled. |

THE
2-PART ROTADAVIT |

| |
The 2-part Rotadavit comprises
of a post section with carrying handle and a lattice
jib arm, which operates with ease even when fully
loaded. The system is designed to conform to BS 7333,
and is delivered to you in a works proof load tested
condition, complete with Certificate of Test. This
davit can be used with a chain hoist, ratchet level
hoist or tube mounted winch. |

The 2-part Rotadavit has
a working radius of 1000mm plus two additional lifting
points at 940mm and 1060mm. The regular SWL’s
are 250Kg and 500Kg and it has a
standard height of 1900mm. |

Certain applications require our
3-part Split Pillar Rotadavit. This enables a load
to be manoeuvred within the confines imposed by surrounding
steelwork or structures. |

WINCH TYPE ROTADAVIT |

Our range also includes a Winch
Type Rotdavit, which has all the valued features of
our 2-part and 3-part Davits, but is used for operations
where a davit and integral winch are specified.
All of our Winch Type Rotadavits are designed and
manufactured to meet your specific requirements. |

All sockets are supplied untested
and must be Proof Load Tested after installation and
before being taken into service. |

Suitable backing plates are available for sockets
which are to be bolted through a
wall or floor.
• All sockets are hot
dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.

Sockets can be designed and manufactured to suit a
particular customer requirement.
For example a socket can be manufactured to be incorporated
into new or existing steel structures, or for use with an existing davit. |
