Within a steel service centre damage to the supplied product must be kept to a minimum to enable the client to offer an excellent service to their customers. By working closely with the managers and operatives Rota can design out any problems and minimise product damage whilst handling the product through the various stages – storage, cutting and loading.

Also a crucial aspect of this handling is the amount of storage space taken up by the product. Rota are able to design, manufacture and install new storage facilities to suit the specific product to gain maximum effective use of the space available. This follows through to the actual handling equipment in that we can design to minimise the gap between storage pallets, etc.
